To check the adjustment of the buffer brush, the machine must be in the upright position. Go to the Output Test and lower the brush to the down position. Next, take a straight edge and rest one end of it on the drive wheel and the other end on the LDS wheel. You should see that the brush bristles are 1/8" to 3/16" beyond the straight edge.
